Welcome to the new Helen Frank-Roush Memorial Scholarship website! We appreciate all of our supporters and the visitors to our website. Please take a moment to browse our new design and send us any comments.

In 2009 we awarded our fifth scholarship! Congratulations to Ashley Carrington, the winner for 2009. No one is more proud of her achievements than her family and community, as well as the faculty at RULH High School. Nonetheless, we can’t help but feel a little bit of pride in adding another exceptional young woman to our growing list of scholarship recipients. Helen Frank-Roush would have been delighted at the quality and the diversity of students who have won this award inspired by her own academic and life-long achievements.

In the future we hope to become more active participants in the awards ceremony at RULH High School where graduating seniors are recognized for their academic success. We would also like to keep in touch with our past winners as they continue to grow in college and throughout life. To this end we are creating a Facebook page where scholarship recipients and others can come together exchanging information and updates.
